What is AIVC?
The AI Virtual Class (AI Virtual Classroom) is an individual training session led by an AI trainer: it assesses the learner’s level, teaches what is missing, provides practice, and then measures progress, all in a single session of about 30 minutes, available on demand.
Each session is unique: it is generated in real time based on the learner’s interactions, including in case of repetition. The result is a personalized, interactive, and immediately applicable experience.
Specifically, a session follows a 7-step path:
- Context setting — the AI trainer interacts with the learner to understand their professional context and a real situation to work on
- Initial assessment — a quick quiz gauges the level and areas for improvement
- Theoretical input — the AI teaches only the missing concepts, in the form of targeted micro-lessons
- Demonstration — the learner watches several short simulations between two AIs, illustrating effective behaviors
- Guided practice — live roleplay with the AI, with real-time feedback and the possibility to try again immediately
- Independent practice — a new scenario, this time without coaching, to validate the ability to transfer the skill
- Results & action plan — performance review (score before/after, 2 strengths, 1 priority area), a field mission to complete within 48 hours, a 3-month progress plan, and a downloadable PDF report
What exactly are you testing?
- Access to AIVC from your Client Connect space (Early Access)
- A limited number of classes available (restricted selection for this phase)
- The full 7-step path described above, with results provided at the end of the session
What is not yet available in this test version
- Customization at your portal level (professional context, sector, internal wording) — the tested experience is generic
- Deployment to all your learners (Early Access = restricted group)
- LMS integration and the dedicated “practice” space (roleplays + virtual classes), planned for a later phase
It is important to keep this point in mind: the final experience (after configuring your context) will be richer than the one tested today.
AIVC vs AI Roleplay: What’s the difference?
The two formats are complementary: AIVC trains, AI Roleplay drills and reinforces.
| AIVC (AI Virtual Classroom) | AI Roleplay |
|---|---|
| Complete path (assessment → learning → practice → results) | Training on a specific situation |
| Builds a skill | Works on a specific action |
| Global personalization | Targeted scenario |
| Progress plan | Immediate feedback |
| Long-term vision | One-time use |
What feedback are we expecting from you?
- Fluency / user experience: Is the conversation with the avatar natural and smooth?
- Pedagogy: Do the content and scenarios seem relevant to develop the targeted skill?
- Technical: Did you encounter any bugs, slowdowns, or blockages?

Anticipated FAQ
“How long does a session last?” About 30 minutes, for complete learning (assessment, theory, practice, and action plan).
“Is it available in our language?” The product is planned in 4 languages at launch (FR, EN, IT, ES), with more than 35 languages coming in 2026. For this Early Access phase, access is open in FR/EN — we confirm exact coverage based on your needs.
“What types of skills are covered?” For example: communication, leadership, negotiation, conflict management, organization — and other targeted skills depending on the classes available during Early Access.
“Will we be able to customize content for our sector/teams?” Yes, this is planned for the September deployment via configuration of your portal’s context. The Early Access phase uses a generic context.
“Is the training really personalized?” Yes: it adapts to the learner’s level, context, and real-time responses. Each session is unique, even if repeated by the same learner.
“How many classes will be available?” An initial base, with progressive enrichment of the catalog afterward.
“Does this replace existing Roleplays?” No, AIVC complements the existing Roleplay offering with a different scenario format (see the comparison table above).
“How do we provide feedback?” Via the structured feedback form shared with access (see above).
Prerequisites & Tips for an Optimal Experience:
Internet Connection: Please ensure you have a stable internet connection.
IT Security: Please make sure your IT department has whitelisted our domain names beforehand, if necessary.
Environment & Privacy: If you are using voice mode, we recommend finding a quiet, private space.
Headset Usage: Using a headset or earbuds is highly recommended. This ensures that only your voice is captured and prevents background noise or nearby colleagues' conversations from interfering with the tool.
