When deploying your Edflex portal, you can assign specific rights to your users. This fine-grained permission management allows you to control who can view, create, edit, or delete different elements of the platform.
How to assign rights
Log in to your Edflex portal.
Go to User Management > Manage permissions.
Select the user concerned.
Enable or disable permissions according to your needs.
Click Save permissions to confirm your choices.
đź’ˇ Tip: Some permissions are marked as sensitive. They give access to irreversible actions or critical data. We recommend assigning them only to trusted users who have a thorough understanding of the platform.

Best practices when assigning rights
Principle of least privilege: give only the rights necessary for the user’s mission.
Awareness: ensure each trained administrator understands the consequences of sensitive actions (deletion, publication, reporting).
Regular reviews: audit permissions every 6 months to prevent issues (e.g., former administrators still having access).
