🔍 What is a dynamic group?
A dynamic group lets you automatically include users based on specific criteria like language, job, country, or registration date.
Unlike manual groups, dynamic groups update themselves — no need to add or remove users manually.
✅ Why use dynamic groups?
They’re ideal for:
Targeting specific content selections to specific user profiles
Tracking group-based statistics
Sending personalized communications
Examples:
A group of "French-speaking managers"
A group of "New users who joined in the last 30 days"
🧩 What filters can I use?
You can filter users using the following criteria:
| Filter | Use Case Examples |
|---|---|
| Language | All users in French, English, etc. |
| Country | Users from France, Germany, etc. |
| Registration Date | Users who signed up after a certain date |
| Last Profile Update | Users who recently updated their info |
| Job | All users who are Managers, Trainers, etc. |
| Service | Users from HR, IT departments, etc. |
| Situation | For example: intern, contractor, employee… |
⚙️ Filter Options Explained

⚠️ Using Job, Service, or Situation filters?
These fields need to be pre-configured by our team before use.
You have two options to assign those values to your learners:
Option 1 – Ask users at next login
We can activate an option to prompt users to choose their job/service/situation the next time they log in.
➡️ Ask your CSM or contact our support team to activate it.
Option 2 – Mass update from the admin interface
