Everything you need to know about the statistics section of your portals

How to access it?
To access the statistics section, simply open the menu and click on View Analytics.
Who can access it?
All users with permissions to see the analytics. A user can receive authorization from the User Management.

This Analytics module provides insights into user engagement, content consumption, and training performance. It helps admins, L&D teams, and business stakeholders track platform usage and learning effectiveness.
Key Figures explanation
πΉ Global Account Metrics
This section provides an overview of user activity, sessions, and training hours across the platform.
Key KPIs:
New Sign-Ups Over the Period- π Total number of new users who registered within the selected period.
- β Use it for: Measuring user acquisition.
- π Breakdown Options: Months and Weeks
Active Licenses- π Number of learners with at least one session during the period.

Use it for: Tracking engaged learners with active licenses.
Total Sessions- π Total number of unique sessions started by all learners.

- A session starts when a learner performs an action.
- A session lasts 2 hours before a new one is created.

Use it for: Understanding how frequently users log in.

Sessions per Active License- π Average number of sessions per active user.

Total Training Duration (hours)- π Cumulative number of learning hours spent on the platform.

This section focuses on how learners engage with content and progress through their training.
Key KPIs:
Active Users (Viewed Content)- π Number of learners who accessed at least one resource.

Premium Active Users- π Number of learners who accessed at least one Premium resource.
- β Use it for: Tracking premium content usage.
Users with Completed Content- π Learners who completed at least one resource.
- β Use it for: Measuring learning success.
π Graph View Options for Learnerβs Activity:
- Cumulative: Best for showcasing growth in engagement.
- Histogram: Useful for spotting spikes or drops in activity over time.
π Segmented by:
- Weekly: Better for short-term analysis (engagement after an event, campaign).
- Monthly: Helps track long-term learning trends.
π All Content
This section tracks how content is consumed and completed by learners.
Key KPIs:
Contents with Activity- π Total number of resources that were started or completed.
- π Total number of resources that were started or completed.
In-Progress Contents- π Content pieces that have been started but not finished.
- π Example Insight: A high number of in-progress resources could indicate drop-offs.
Completed Contents- π Total number of content items fully completed by learners.

Use it for: Measuring learning completion rates.
Popular Resource Types- π Breakdown of content formats accessed by learners (Articles, Videos, Podcasts, etc.).
- β Use it for: Identifying content trends and user preferences.

This section specifically tracks Premium content engagement.

π Details of the "Top Learners" tab
Ranking of learners registered on the portal. Ranking based on the learner's Lifelong Learning Score (points). This ranking is not subject to period filtering (date).

Categories are ranked by the number of consultations (number of resource sheets visited belonging to the category).
Only the graph is subject to period filtering (indicated with the date pill)

Resources are ranked by the number of consultations (resource sheet visited).
