The Bealink integration with Edflex enables you to seamlessly access and manage Edflex resources within the Bealink platform. Here's what you can do:

- Search for Edflex resources within Bealink.
- Use Edflex resources as training courses within playlists.
- Access an Edflex resource page directly from Bealink.
- Track Edflex activity within Bealink.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have the following:
Bealink Access:
- Obtain an Owner role and access on Bealink.
Edflex API Credentials and JWT Key:
- Contact your Edflex customer success manager to get your API credentials (id + secret) and an optional JWT key.

Edflex Portal URL:
- Know your Edflex Portal URL, typically in the format https://mycompany.edflex.com.
Integration Steps
Follow these steps to set up and activate the integration:
Sign in to Bealink:
- Use your Owner role credentials to sign in to Bealink.
Access Integrations:
- Navigate to the "Administration" page and click on “Integrations” in the right menu.
Configure Edflex Integration: - Scroll down to the “External catalogs” section and expand the “Edflex” block.
- Enter the Edflex Portal URL, JWT key (optional), API Id, and API Secret.
- Configure additional settings if needed, such as group restrictions and content visibility.
Save Settings:
- Click on “Save” to finalize the integration.
Congratulations! You are now ready to browse your Edflex catalog seamlessly within Bealink.
