I am concerned about the migration to be able to experience the new Learnlight integration.
That is awesome, you will now benefit from the full Learnlight experience and functionalities. However, it does require an account migration.
No data can be lost during the migration. The fact that you see a different level does not mean that your previous course progress has disappeared. Be reassured about it.
Before Migration: Please Whitelist These URLs
To ensure smooth access to Learnlight resources, make sure your IT team whitelists all necessary Learnlight URLs. This will avoid any connectivity issues once the migration is complete.

During the Migration
Learnlight resources will not be available during the migration day. The content will be available again the day after.
How to Access Learnlight Contents
Learners should access Learnlight courses directly from the catalog.
The content shown in the learner's profile may not be updated — always go through the catalog to get the latest version.
No data is lost during this transition.
You can also switch languages in the content interface if needed.
Placement Test Information
If you're asked to take a new placement test, but you've already completed one:
Simply select the level you had in the past in the drop-down list.
Not sure about your level? Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) for confirmation.
Managing Multiple Active Courses
If you had more than one active course (level or language), Learnlight assign the course in which the last activity was completed.
Need to switch courses? No problem—Learnlight can update the assigned course upon request. Please ask your CSM about it.
