You need to differentiate between:
-
Online courses selected and provided by external content creators
-
Tailor-made Programs, specifically designed by Edflex Learning Consultants (if Programs are activated on your platform).
Each type of content serves a different purpose: curated external resources offer flexibility and variety, while Edflex Programs provide structured, guided learning paths tailored to your organization’s needs.
Programs certificates
If they are activated on your platform, Edflex Programs are structured learning paths made up of a variety of formats: articles, podcasts, videos, etc. These resources are punctuated by quizzes to assess your understanding and validate your knowledge.
At the end of the Program, a final quiz is mandatory to obtain a certificate.
If you successfully complete the intermediate and final quizzes, you will receive a certificate of achievement from Edflex. It will be downloadable after the quiz in the Program and on the thumbnail.

Online Course Certificates
Many online courses offer certification, allowing you to officially validate your skills and success upon completing the course and passing the final exam.
In most cases, course providers offer:
-
A free “audit” mode, which gives access to the full course content
-
A paid option, which includes the opportunity to take the exams and obtain a certificate of completion
Each provider applies its own certification criteria. For detailed conditions, please refer to the course page on the platform in question.
Despite this, most providers share a few common requirements:
To receive a certificate, you must:
-
Complete the entire course (note: some courses have a time limit)
-
Pass all mandatory intermediate quizzes or exercises
-
Passing generally means achieving an average score at or above the minimum threshold, which may vary by course or platform
-
-
Pass the final certifying quiz or assignment, with the same score condition as above
-
Respect the number of allowed attempts, which may be limited depending on the course designer
