For environments where Safari is the primary browser, a preliminary acceptance test with the Edflex team is recommended.

The video player automatically adapts quality to available bandwidth (adaptive streaming).
Domains to allow (network and email whitelist)
If your organization uses a proxy, firewall, or network filtering, the following must be allowed (where applicable depending on your Edflex service configuration):
- Platform domain: *.edflex.com
- Transactional emails: senders @edflex.com
- Support email: @support.edflex.com
Cookies
For nominal operation, Edflex cookies must be allowed.
In case of iframe integration (LMS, internal portal): third-party cookies must be explicitly allowed, as the cookie is tied to the edflex.com domain which differs from the host domain.
