Edflex collects personal data about you as a subcontractor on behalf of your organisation. All data processed is necessary for the proper management of the Edflex portal and we endeavor to collect the minimum amount of personal information about you.
The data collected by Edflex is:
- First and last name
- Email
- Your learning activity: dates of connection, views and progress status of a resource or Playlist, training duration, bookmarked resources, reviews, obtained certificates.
We use cookies to:
Functionality - To recognize you on our platform and to remember your previously selected preferences. These may include the language you prefer and your location.
User Support - To collect information about your visit to our platform, the content you viewed, the links you followed, and information about your browser, device and IP address. The IP address and precise connection history are not made available or disclosed to your company.
User Satisfaction - To conduct optional satisfaction surveys that we may transmit to you via the live chat tool (through the use of the Intercom solution).
